At Highline Premier FC, we believe in fostering development on and off the field. That’s why we are excited to launch our HPFC Student Internship Program this Fall, providing high school-aged HPFC players with an incredible opportunity to gain valuable experience while fulfilling their community service graduation requirements.
This program will allow our players to develop leadership and coaching skills by working alongside HPFC coaches at our Friday Night Skills Clinics and other events. By helping to teach the fundamentals of soccer to younger players, interns will not only strengthen their understanding of the game but also gain insight into coaching—a great stepping stone for those interested in continuing their soccer journey beyond high school.
Our mission at HPFC is to enrich lives through soccer, and this internship program embodies that mission by giving back to the soccer community while supporting our interns in personal growth and skill development. We encourage all high school-aged players to submit a brief statement of interest to their coach by August 23. The program will be limited to 10 participants, and selected candidates will be notified during the club break.
This is a fantastic opportunity for our players to get hands-on experience, build relationships, and help grow the game for future generations—all while staying connected to the core values of opportunity, player-centric development, and community that HPFC holds dear.

FC Highline proudly recognizes that we live and play on the traditional lands of the Coast Salish peoples. We acknowledge that our club facilities are situated on the unceded ancestral lands of the Duwamish people, who have been stewards of this land for generations. The Duwamish people continue to honor and celebrate their ancient heritage, and we stand in solidarity with their ongoing presence and contributions.
